USPS claim? does i have trouble?
Hello everyone, i started conversation with company about order refund. So i write to them, that product shipped, delivered as showing tracking number, but i do not get any package. So they replied that: "check mailbox"  i answered that: "i already do it"

they after 10 minutes sent me this message:

"We will need to open up a claim then with USPS for this package. It can take up to 8 business days."

So am i in trouble? and what to do at this situation? please someone give me advice.

Thank you for reading this theard.

This is common for amazon, if you're willing to do refunds on your own this is something you should be prepared for.

This is from someone I know so don't take this as full advice just say it was forged or something like say it wasn't you and tell them your area is full of crime and a some of your amazon orders got stolen I don't know say that but don't take it from this is just advice I know of so better off asking people who know what their doing here.

RE: USPS claim? does i have trouble?
Firstly, i want to say thank you both of you for answer and for advice. So it's like third party seller. Yes you are right, i should be prepared for, but this is first time.. like moment where i stuck, should i forget about refunding this or i have a chance to turn case in my favor and finally refund it. I know here is too many people with experience, please give me small hint to do that.

P.S We all know if no one shared something this forum would not existed so finnaly KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, BUT ONLY WHEN SHARED.

Thank you.

You should be fine. Depending on what you've claimed. Stick to your story either way. In most cases it's internal investigation (from my experience) and will usually side with the CX

RE: USPS claim? does i have trouble?
I get refund brothers, thank you for help and giving to me advices
So how i get it, i contacted with support, i talked that this third-party seller isn't moving my case in correctly way and some bullshit. Then they connected me to high department support,
they viewed my case and asked some main questions and after few minutes refunded it from their pocket.
That's all, i wrote it here for other newbies and shared my experoence about this situation

Congrats bro. Glad everything played out. Phone calls can get tricky so it sounds like you kept cool.
