Tommy partial refund- Mess up?
I am trying to partial refund tommy.com         (Refunding the jacket,Keeping the belt)
However they have sent me this:

we have seen in our Social Media, that you stated that a Product is missing in your parcel. We have checked with our Warehouse and we scanned both products and where correctly shipped. To assist you I would like to gather some information for you so that we can look better in your case and would kindly ask you to answer me on this Email.


- Anything odd?
- Did the parcel look tampered with?
- Carrier contacted?
- Still have the packaging?
- Pictures of packaging?



Should i say the parcel was not opened but when i checked inside i could only find the plastic coverage of the jacket with nothing inside and a belt.

Yeah,but they will ask me exact same questions. If i make up something during the call it can get messed up hmm

Just say that the package looked fine, tommy is a pain in the ass to refund but it will go trough.
