Tried to refund an SSD multiple times on chat. It was like pulling teeth, all the reps kept repeating for some reason after 30 days of the product being delivered they could not process any type of refund or replacement. However, now for some reason on the page of orders, the SSD says refund issued. Did i just do too many refunds, or do i need to try a different angle. BTW order placed in November of last year, i have never run into this issue before. I think i should try to call instead of live chat.

Amazon.co.uk i dont know how many refunds i have done on this account. I just know i used the excuse of 'empty box' once before.
So far everything seems to be relatively same on .com . I dont use co.uk so no idea.
I think i just hit the cap, its kind of ridiculous how many times i have done it on my personal account.
Just keep fucking trying. I had to go through like 6 reps before i was able to get a refund, i swear God bless my beloved rep Kris.
